Stamford CT ROCKS is bringing joy and inspiration to city dwellers when they need it most.
The initiative was started on Facebook by a Stamford resident Donna VanderPoel on April 6 to spread joy and positivity during this time when we are physically separated.
With Stamford’s vast shoreline and many hiking trails, there is no shortage of paintable rocks in all shapes and sizes. After you have found a few, unleash your inner creativity by painting positive messages or simply drawing a heart or a smiley face on a rock. Hide the rock somewhere around Stamford for someone to find and either keep or hide again.
